Ascoltare, un viaggio intenso che mi spinge a rallentare. Preparo il mio viaggio portando l’attenzione hai rumori che ho intorno, senza dare una collocazione mentale a ciò che sento, ma semplicemente ascoltando. Per incanto la mente si svuota, vengo rapito da una serie di sensazioni che si trasformano in una meditazione profonda, l’essenza del viaggio. Enzo Bianchi scrive:
